Meet the Leadership Team
All positions are filled by volunteers.
We do not elect any of our leaders.
We rotate positions, and we need you!

Please pray and consider the talents God has given you. In what area might you be able to contribute and be a blessing to the other ladies of our group? We are all very busy, BUT it takes each of us doing a little to keep our group running smoothly and able to offer all the activities. We look forward to meeting you and finding what talents you have to contribute. Leadership roles are open to all members who have been in the group at least one year.

Leadership Members

New Member Contact & Treasurer
Nina Nolen
Receives phone calls and e-mails from potential new members and directs them through the process of joining RRHOME. Collects Statement of Faith contracts and sends info to roster coordinator to be added to the roster list. Adds new members to the e-mail lists and makes sure things are set up and functional. Ensures new members have access to RRHOME calendar to get plugged in. Keeps an updated list of all members. Collects annual dues and disburses funds as needed.

Monthly Meeting Coordinator
Debbie Zook
Organizes the monthly meetings with a variety of topics. Coordinates childcare for meetings and manages the Hospitality Team.

Committee Coordinators
BJ Smiley-Goins & Nicole Souza
Gathers ideas from group members for field trips, special events and childrens activities. Asissts member volunteers to plan monthly field trips. Schedules and selects parks and pools for Park Days. Adds events on RRHOME Announce Calendar and sets up email reminders.

Secretary
Sommer McKee
Maintains and oversees the details of our Yahoo groups. Takes minutes at all meetings.

Mom's Nights Out Coordinator (aka Mom's Field Trips)
Kristen Freitas
Coordinates monthly fellowship nights to help foster relationships and time to encourage one another.

Hospitality Coordinator
Ginny Poag
Manage welcome table, refeshments and coordinate childcare at Monthly Meetings. Will need a team to assist her.

Field Trip Coordinators
Volunteers needed on a monthly basis
Each month needs a planner for a field trip. If we don't get enough volunteers, we don't have a field trip. Coordinates reservations and sign ups.

Children's Events and Special Events Coordinators
Volunteers needed
Coordinate holiday events and parties.

Good Samaritan Coordinator
Glenna Turnney
All of our members are part of the Operation God's Samaritan team. When a member need arises (new baby, for example), the coordinator notifies the group and coordinates the details to meet the need.

Incentive Programs
Kathrine Olszewski & Nicole Willams
Handles sing-up for SeaWorld Reading Program and Box Tops for Education.

Webmaster & Photo Roster
Nina Nolen
Designs and updates public website. Helps members with web issues. Photographs members and adds to Photo Roster on the RRHomeAnnounce site.

Park Day Committee
BJ Goins & Nina Nolen
Sells water and brings First Aid Kit to the weeekly Park Days .
